My Coaching approach
I deeply care about my client’s success. I want to see lasting results and success for my clients. If a diet book or one way of life fit everyone, there wouldn’t be millions of diet books being sold. If there was just one way to work out, there would be only that gym or yoga place in this world. We all our different, and I value your difference and want to set you in a path of success based on your history, current lifestyle and your future goals.
Our mind plays a huge role in our success. All changes happen in subconscious level and all self-sabotage and mind chatters also happen at subconscious level. I have specialized training to help find those chatter, limiting beliefs and decisions and remove it from the root. That is what makes my coaching unique and different. In our coaching we will go through breakthroughs, set goals, set action plans and every step I hold you accountable while I hold your space. I guide you gently, while I push you hard.

Individual Coaching
By working together, we explore your wellness goals and come up with a process that works for you. Be it weight loss, diet, lifestyle changes, personal or career growth, I provide motivation, support, and accountability and help you move towards a more satisfying life.
I will create a custom plan based on your needs that is just for you and we work together to achieve your goals. While you work on the short-term goals that we set, I hold the vision of your long-term goal and help you stay on track to attain it.
The first session is a Discovery session during which we discuss your goals and we get to know each other. During our regular sessions we discuss your short-term goals and after every session, you leave with more accountability, more power, more tools and support to get closer to your goal.
In today’s world I know life gets too busy, and you are juggling so many different commitments. I want to take one stress off you right away, don’t think of it as one more commitment. I hold your space and we coach and have fun while achieving goals together!!
Most of the changes take time and sometimes you may fall off the wagon. I will help you get back on track. My recommendation is to work for 6 months in coaching, because you go through holidays, seasonal changes, and many more life changes in 6 months. This will help me understand your behavior to give you ways to stay on track in future. I will hold you accountable and help you work with you to make it a lasting positive impact on your life.
Group Coaching
Form your own group. Find your path. Get moving. If you’re struggling to find hope, you feel like you’ve tried everything with little success, it’s time to try something new. Open yourself to the wisdom and experience of your peers and form your own coaching group!
Get all the benefits of the one-on-one program, with your group. If you and your group (at least 3) have similar goals and need a coach to help you, I can facilitate the group and support you. The benefit of this is that you not only have a coach, you also have an accountability group. Together you can help each other succeed and form a stronger bond while having fun learning and working together towards your goals.
