My Approach to coaching
I practice a holistic approach to wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from working out? While working together, I help you look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and helps you connect the dots to give the power back in your hands to live your dream life.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens, and their needs will change. As my client, I will equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not just by reading the latest magazine article or fad diet book, or self-help books.
I will help you develop clarity in thoughts, by removing those limiting beliefs that make you self-sabotage your future. Through my coaching program, I support you by creating momentum and guiding you to achieve your goals and live the life you always dreamt of and deserve.
I use a three-pronged system to address mind, body, and spirit, focusing on each aspect of a person’s being with specific tools and methods designed to bring about positive change. This multi-faceted holistic approach ensures that complete wellness is the goal for each client.

As your coach, I will not dictate a diet or a workout plan for you, but together we will explore why foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback to achieve your goals. Together we’ll co-create your wellness goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives, so you know exactly what you’re working toward. Often there are deep-rooted beliefs and experiences that come in the way of fulling your goals, I will uncover that with you and remove it from the roots so that you can be free of those patterns that stop you from being your best self. As your coach, I can be a cheerleader when you need that boost of confidence or someone who will kick your ass to get stuff done!”
