My Approach to your breakthrough

Sometimes we work so hard to achieve our goals or we dream of something we really want but have no idea why we are not making the progress we were hoping for. It is something deep down in us, that gets in our way. There are times you might know what it is and other times you might feel clueless. As your coach I work with you to discover the deep, sometimes hidden underlying cause of your self-sabotaging behavior, limiting beliefs or limiting decisions or some trauma or event from past that is holding you back.

I work with you to understand your goals, set steps towards achieving it and understand your values and help adjust those values to help you with your goals. Through coaching, breakthrough using Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to get rid of your old pattern in your subconscious level and replace it with new patterns that you want to accomplish your goal.

You must be wondering now what is NLP? NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; Programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind! This is how Dr. Matt James, my NLP and MER teacher, describes the MER technique- “As an application of NLP, Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy is a collection of techniques that allow you to gain emotional control over your life. Inappropriate emotional reactions, such as bursts of anger, periods of apathy, depression, sadness, anxiety, and chronic fear, are responsible for preventing people from achieving the quality of life they desire. My Approach: Typically, a breakthrough session is approximately 6-8 hours, working one on one. On my initial phone call, I discuss with you, what your goals are for the session. The process is usually in form of series of questions that I ask to uncover your deep-rooted underlying thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. Then we work on eliminating them and replacing them with new beliefs, thoughts, and feelings giving you a new vision and perspective. I help create strategies to achieve your goals based on your new perspective and tools that we added to your toolkit to create the best version of you.

Through my personal journey, I can tell you I never felt this empowered and confident until I did my first breakthrough session. My confidence and my energy skyrocketed. I felt like I am reborn and now I get to make the most of my life without the self-sabotaging behaviors and the nagging voices in me that wanted me to fail. I want you as my client to experience it.
